    WSG’s Career Conversion Programmes seek to reskill Singaporeans to allow them to develop new capabilities to take on jobs in growth areas or redesigned job roles.
  • Career Trial
    A structured on-the-job training programme where Singaporeans can enjoy Training Allowance and Retention Incentive to encourage them to reskill, take on new jobs, and stay on the job.

    Trained ECG counsellors will help students make informed education and career choices. Working adults can benefit from a wide range of services at WSG’s network of career centres, including employability skills workshops and networking sessions.

  • MySkillsFuture
    MySkillsFuture, formerly known as the Individual Learning Portfolio, is a one-stop education, training and career guidance online portal that enables Singaporeans of all ages to chart their own career and lifelong learning pathways throughout life.

  • OpenCerts
    OpenCerts will progressively cover digital N, O & A Level Statement of Results, certificates, diplomas and degrees from publicly-funded Institutes of Higher Learning and the Arts Institutes, as well as Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications.

  • P-Max for Individuals
    This enhanced place-and-train programme aims to place professionals, managers, executives and technicians (PMETs) in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Through P-Max, PMETs will be matched to suitable positions in SMEs, and they will also be able to acquire the skills to help them excel in an SME.

  • SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways Programme
    This programme was introduced to provide mid-career individuals with traineeships and training opportunities at companies and public sector agencies. You may choose either an attachment or training.

  • SGUnited Skills Programme
    The SGUnited Skills programme is a full-time training programme ranging from six to 12 months, comprising certifiable courses delivered by CET Centres, including Institutes of Higher Learning.

  • SGUnited Traineeships Programme for Trainees
    Fresh graduates can take on traineeships to gain valuable industry-relevant experience while receiving a training allowance.

  • Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ)
    WSQ is a national credential system. It trains, develops, assesses and recognises individuals for the key competencies that companies look for in potential employees.

  • Skills Framework
    The Skills Framework provides up-to-date information on employment, career pathways, occupations, job roles, existing and emerging skills, as well as relevant education and training programmes. Individuals can use the Skills Framework to make informed choices on career development and skills upgrading.

    SkillsFuture Advice is a pilot outreach initiative that complements existing advisory services and resources to help Singaporeans make well-informed decisions about their training and career choices.

  • SkillsFuture Career Advisors Programme
    The SkillsFuture Career Advisors Programme taps on the knowledge and expertise of industry veterans to help individuals make informed career decisions.

  • SkillsFuture Credit
    SkillsFuture Credit aims to encourage individual ownership of skills development and lifelong learning. All Singaporeans aged 25 and above will receive an opening credit of S$500 from January 2016.

  • SkillsFuture for Digital Workplace
    The SkillsFuture for Digital Workplace, formerly known as Future@Work, is a national initiative designed to equip Singaporeans with the mindset and skills to prepare for the future economy.

  • SkillsFuture Fellowships
    This award recognises inspirational individuals who demonstrate skills mastery, are advocates of lifelong learning, and devoted to mentoring and developing others. Recipients receive S$10,000 cash each to support their journey towards skills mastery in their respective fields.

  • SkillsFuture Leadership Development Initiative
    This initiative will promote collaborations with companies to design and enhance developmental opportunities for high-potential talents.

  • SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy
    All Singaporeans aged 40 years and above will receive up to 90 per cent course fee subsidy for SSG-funded courses, including modular courses in publicly funded post-secondary education institutions, and additional reductions in MOE-funded diploma and degree courses. 

  • SkillsFuture Qualification Award
    This award encourages workers to attain WSQ full qualifications, which will equip them with comprehensive and robust sets of skills to perform their jobs competently, pursue career progression, and explore new job opportunities.

  • SkillsFuture Study Awards
    This programme is for those in their early and mid-careers, so they can develop and deepen their skills in future growth clusters.

  • SkillsFuture Work-Study Programmes
    Work-study programmes offer valuable opportunities for individuals to deepen their skills in their chosen fields as they enter the workforce.

  • Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement (TRAQOM) Initiative
    The Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement (TRAQOM) initiative is developed by SkillsFuture Singapore to raise the quality of SSG-funded Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes.

  • Volunteer Career Advisors Initiative
    Individuals can connect with volunteer Career Advisors from various professional communities who will draw from their respective industry experience to provide their peers with sector and occupation-specific career advice, and to connect them to helpful resources.

  • Workfare Skills Support (WSS) Scheme
    An assistance programme that offers lower training costs for local workers 35 years old and above (13 years and above for Persons with Special Needs (PSNs)), earning not more than $2,300.
