TRAINING AND HIRING ASSISTANCE TO HELP ADVANCE YOUR BUSINESS

  • Career Conversion Programmes
    WSG’s Career Conversion Programmes comprise of PCP and RnF programmes that seeks to reskill Singaporeans to allow them to develop new capabilities to take on jobs in growth areas or redesigned job roles.
  • P-Max
    This enhanced place-and-train programme aims to place professionals, managers, executives and technicians (PMETs) in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Through P-Max, PMETs will be matched to suitable positions in SMEs, and they will also be able to acquire the skills to help them excel in an SME.
  • SGUnited Jobs for Companies
    Employers facing manpower issues with hiring needs or with manpower in excess can tap on the SGUnited Jobs Initiative.
  • SGUnited Traineeships Programme for Host Companies
    Companies can take on trainees to support their business needs and tap on government funding.

  • Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ)
    WSQ is a national credential system that trains, develops, assesses, and recognises individuals for the key competencies that companies look for in potential employees.

  • Skills Framework
    The Skills Framework provides up-to-date information on employment, career pathways, occupations, job roles, existing and emerging skills, as well as relevant education and training programmes. Employers can use the Skills Framework to design progressive human resource practices to recognise skills and make informed decisions on skills investment. 

  • SkillsFuture for Digital Workplace
    The SkillsFuture for Digital Workplace, formerly known as Future@Work, is a national initiative designed to equip Singaporeans with the mindset and skills to prepare for the future economy.

  • SkillsFuture Work-Study Programmes
    Under the SkillsFuture Work-Study Programmes, students will undergo a combination of classroom training conducted by IHLs/appointed private providers and structured on-the-job training with a company.

  • SkillsFuture Employer Awards
    The SkillsFuture Employer Awards recognises exemplary and progressive employers that champion skills development. They grow their talent pool and bring the best in their employees, offering learning opportunities and  structured skills-based career pathways.
  • Work-Life Grant
